Matt goes to visit Hector in jail. It's clear that they are abusing him there but he won't say anything. Matt promises to get him free.
Devlin shoots two men and takes their truck down at Red Hook. This pier has been seen before in Iron Fist and Punisher.
Fisk and Vanessa sit down to eat dinner together. She is discussing Bacon’s Freud triptych coming up for auction and Fisk remembers she wanted that piece.
Sheila comes in to tell Fisk about what happened at Red Hook. Vanessa tells him that without someone at the head of the table the families will turn on each other and then come after him. Wilson isn't concerned. His knuckles are still busted up though…
At the courthouse, Matt's knuckles are also busted up. In the bathroom Powell comes in and finds Matt, he tries to make some threats but Matt isn't worried about him.

Cherry goes to get Nicky cleaned up before the trial. They know the cops will be after him to prevent him from testifying.
In the courtroom, Matt tells them he has a witness to call- Nicky Torres, a confidential informant. He hears a cop with a punisher tattoo say that Nicky cannot testify.
Nicky makes it to court safely but doesn't admit to being at the subway station. He is scared of what the cops will do to him.
Buck goes to meet with Luca and Viktor to tell them to stop causing issues. They don't care though.
With Nicky not being helpful, Matt calls Hector to the stand to tell his side of the story. He then pulls out the White Tiger mask to paint the picture of Hector as a hero.
“Putting on the suit is a calling…I didn’t choose it, it chose me.” – Hector.
They call witnesses to the stand whom the White Tiger helped. They even read accounts of police officers who were saved by the White Tiger.
Matt asks him why he would risk his life for people he doesn't know. Hector tells him “it was the right thing to do.”
The jury finds Hector not guilty on all 3 accounts.
Fisk is watching the verdict. He is angry.
White Tiger suits up again. While he is heading out, Fisk can be heard saying vigilantes are a threat to society and that they are not heroes.
A man wearing a Punisher logo kills White Tiger.
