It's here and it is stunning! The Nutcracker and the Four Realms final trailer gives us a more in-depth look into the film, Misty Copeland, Morgan Freeman, and Helen Mirren being absolutely evil! Love, love, love.

Just when I thought I couldn't be more excited for this film, Disney serves up this beautiful and slightly wicked trailer.

From the nod to Fantasia, to the bright colors, and toy soldiers, The Nutcracker and The Four Realms is perfect to this theater nerd/dance mom.

All Clara wants is a key that will unlock a box that holds a priceless gift from her late mother. A holden thread, presented to her at her Godfather Drosselmeyer’s annual holiday party, leaders her to that coveted key. But the story doesn’t end there, the key disappears into a strange and mysterious parallel world, created by her mother.

Inside that world, Clara meets a soldier named Philip, a gang of mice, and the regents who preside over three of the realms: Land of Snowflakes, Land of Flowers, and Land of Sweets. To restore harmony to this land, Clara and Philip mis journey into the fourth realm, home of Mother Ginger.

Oh my, Misty Copeland! She looks beautiful as the Ballerina Princess. Aside from the story and the sets, I am most looking forward to the dance numbers. And while I don't think it will be as many as a traditional nutcracker show, I know there will be at least a few based on what we have seen so far. Bring on all the pointe shoes and pirouettes!
