I'm not here to make you feel overwhelmed I want to share a simple way to get in your protein and one of my easy go-to smoothie recipes.

Strawberry Banana Vanilla Bean Sundae Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Skinnygirl Vanilla Bean Sundae Protein Shake
- 1/3 cup of organic Greek Yogurt (I used a super fruit blend)
- 1/2 cup of organic frozen/fresh strawberries (cut not whole)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend well. For a thicker smoothie add ice and/or more fruit. Enjoy it freshly prepared or freeze for later. Sub out the Skinnygirl Vanilla Sundae Shake for the Rich Chocolate Brownie and it still tastes delicious- like a chocolate covered fruit dessert!
