Is anyone else blown away that June is gone?

Over the weekend we celebrated my baby boy's birthday. The weeks leading up to it were crazy and the amount of baking requested by the birthday boy (read: cake, cupcakes, and cakepops) had me seeing stars! I was a good girl though, I had a cake pop and a small piece of cake. My friend and I made it to our Zumba class both days last week and I have been doing some stability ball exercises. So all in all not too shabby and hopefully that means not to flabby…oh terrible pun I know! Forgive me it is Monday and the coffee hasn't reached my brain yet lol

    I should do this….I kind of actually like planks, and I know they do great things to my core! It does look like a challenge….five minutes? WOW!

    happy birthday to your little man!! Birthdays are always so fun yet so dangerous. Kudos to you on only have 1 cake pop and some cake.
