Happy Easter to everyone! I hope your day was filled with love and quality time with the ones you love!
This past week we enjoyed having time off and away from our typical busy schedule. It was nice and I have to say aside from one trip to Chick-Fil-a we did not eat unhealthy. Although I did majorly slack off in the water intake department. I know I know, that is terrible and I was doing so well. It just proves to me that I haven't made it over the hump between forcing myself to drink water and enjoying drinking water. My goal is to get back on track this week with the water.
My exercising stayed on track and I only had to make slight adjustments with the kids being home. My runs had to happen at night or during nap on the weekends but I got them in! I start Week 8 of my Couch to 5K training today. At the beginning of this I did not think I would be able to jog for 25 minutes straight without passing out or falling over. It's still difficult but I feel myself getting use to it and I made my distance so far on Saturday!
NonScale Victory: I fit into a dress that has refused to zip up in over 3 years!! And my other “smaller” dress actually was a little loose on me! Woohoo!
Scale Victory: I'm back to holding steady but I like the number I am at and yes I want to lose more but the inches are coming off and that makes me happy 🙂
How was your weekend? What was the yummiest thing you ate?
