This past week has been another roller coaster. First my daughter wakes up with a mysterious rash all over her face. We ended up taking her to the doctor after the second day, turns out it was nothing, just a viral thing with no other symptoms. After we got through that, my son threw up in the middle of the night, acted fine, and then puked again all over the dinner table. It was so random, and when he wasn't throwing up, he was running as usual so I'm still not sure what he had. Saturday, I felt sick to my stomach. And to top it all off, my husband started his new work schedule. Thankfully, everyone seems to be feeling better. We are still adjusting to this new schedule but with God and my support system, we will get through this.
With all that being said, how appropriate is this weeks Mamavation post! The blogging carnival question this week is: How do you keep yourself active, when you really don’t feel like working out?
I do something, anything to keep moving. It helps to have friends who want to workout, nothing is more motivating then people who call you and say “Hey let's go to the gym.” Also, it's all about discipline. The more I don't feel like working out, the more I know I need to get up and exercise. If we did everything based on how we felt about it, we would never get anything done! Accountability is a big one, and that's why I'm excited the 2 Week Challenge is back!
The 2 Week Challenge begins today. I will be going for it again, with the advanced workout! Gym time will be hard to get it the next few months, thanks to a new work schedule for the husband. I will be using the 2 week challenge workouts as well as my Wii a lot more to make sure I get my time in. Oh, and can I just say, I'm super excited this, since it is the Spartacus workout! I've been waiting for this one!
Here are my starting measurements. They happen to be the same as my ending ones from the last challenge. I'm not discouraged by this though, I would rather stay the same then gain!
Weight: 168in Waist: 29in Hips: 36 1/2in Thighs: 23in
