Congratulations to everyone who finished the 2 Week Challenge with me! I was sad my pedometer started acting screwy about half way through. But like Mark said, I now have a good idea about my steps. Hitting 10,000 is pretty easy for me, I run around a lot chasing after my 2yo during the day! I do plan on getting a new pedometer though, I like the idea of seeing my steps and pushing myself to do more.
Everything stayed the same, so I am convinced I've hit a plateau. I'm not going to stress about it too much since; A. I've been working a lot and eating on a crazy schedule and B. this isn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last. Eventually the scale and measuring tape will move again. Until then, I will keep on keeping on, doing what I know to do!
This weeks blogging carnival question: What steps have you made so far this year to improve your quality of life?
Honestly, I haven't really changed anything since I have been on a healthy quest for awhile now. I do plan on continuing my goal to eat organic when possible and all natural whenever I we can't buy organic. Eventually, we do want to get to a point where we get our meats fresh from a butcher (without all that nasty ammonia in store bought meat) and to buy into a farm co-op to get fresh organic veggies delivered to our house.
I hope everyone has a great week!
