Nothing has really changed much in the last week. I still haven't weighed myself but I worked out regularly and as always kept it healthy on the food end. I did sneak some chocolate but hey, that's more of a sanity thing then a binging thing 😉
I'm excited that the 2 Week Challenge begins tomorrow and a little nervous. That means I will have to weigh and measure myself, yikes! It's a great supplement to my regular workouts, and if I miss a night at the gym I don't have to feel too guilty because at least I did something! The most challenging thing about skin care is keeping my ashy self moisturized. I have spent more money in lotions, body washes, and oils then should be allowed. If my skin was normal then maybe that money could go towards a new purse!?! All I know is , cheap store brand or bargain brands do not work on me. They make the situation worse! If you know of an amazing, super, fantastic lotion, please help me out!
